Respect your time
Extra work deserves to be acknowledged and recorded.
OUR PURPOSE
When a shift runs over, the record shouldn’t disappear into another busy day. We’re building RotaCheck to help make that time visible.
Standing up for staff starts with the facts: when work was planned to end, when it actually ended, and what happened next.
THE IDEA BEHIND ROTACHECK
The project is led by Saira Safeer. Its starting point is a simple question: how can NHS doctors record extra work more easily, and how can rota teams respond sooner?
Our focus is a practical link between planned shifts, confirmed overruns and a report the doctor can review. We want to support constructive conversations backed by a shared record.
RotaCheck is independent and in development. We’re starting with NHS doctors, with the ambition to support more NHS staff over time.
Extra work deserves to be acknowledged and recorded.
Your confirmation and review are central to the proposed experience.
Better visibility should help the people delivering care and the teams organising it.
Help us shape RotaCheck around the people who need it.
