A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Clear from
the start.
What’s planned, what’s available now, and how you can get involved.
Can I download the app now?
RotaCheck is in development. Join early access to hear about the first release and opportunities to help shape it. The screens on this website illustrate the proposed experience.
Who is RotaCheck being built for?
We’re starting with NHS doctors and the rota coordinators who support their shifts. Our ambition is to help more NHS staff make their worked time visible.
Does RotaCheck guarantee payment?
No. Our aim is to support a clear record and simpler exception reporting. Approval and payment depend on the applicable contract and employer process.
Will I have to pay?
Pricing and any fees are still being developed. Any fees will be explained before you use the service. Joining the early-access list is free.
Is RotaCheck part of the NHS?
No. RotaCheck is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NHS. We want to work constructively with NHS staff and rota teams.
Does the preview track my location or store my rota?
No. The interactive preview uses sample data and does not request your location, access a real rota or submit an exception report. The landing-page signup collects your email address and the audience you select.
Can my team get involved?
Yes. Register your interest as a rota team or trust in the early-access form. We’re interested in understanding your workflow and discussing a future pilot.
What happens after I join early access?
Your interest is recorded so we can share launch and pilot updates. It does not create an app account or commit you to a paid service. You can ask to unsubscribe through the privacy page.
