Who is collecting your information?

RotaCheck is a project led by Saira Safeer. We use the information submitted here to manage interest in the app and potential pilots.

What we collect and why

The early-access form asks for your email address and whether you’re interested as a member of NHS staff or a rota team. With your consent, we use these details to send launch and pilot updates. This does not automatically enrol you in the app or any paid service.

If you use the privacy request form below, we use your email and request type to respond to that request.

Where your information goes

This website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms and are available to the RotaCheck project team. Netlify also processes technical information needed to host and protect the website. The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve those font files.

What this website doesn’t collect

The app preview uses illustrative information. It does not access your location, rota, employment records or patient information. Please do not submit medical or patient information through these website forms. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Keeping and removing information

We keep sign-up information while it is needed for the updates you requested, or until you withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe from updates or ask us to remove your information. You can also request access to or correction of your submitted information. For privacy concerns, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
